These are answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

When can I start playing 100K Hoopa?

You can preregister for the 100K Hoopla Contest starting on 2/23/10. You can also connect to Facebook, and invite your friends to play. You may start filling out your bracket either on this site, or on Facebook, once all of the teams participating in the tournament have been announced on 3/14/10. Brackets must be filled out by 11:30am EST on 3/18/10, and the registration period will end at this time. The tournament runs from 3/18/10 – 4/5/10 during the designated 2010 Men's College Basketball Tournament.

How does the scoring work?

Each eligible participant who has successfully completed the bracket prediction as required by these Official Rules will receive the below point allocations for each of the (63) games for which they have correctly predicted the winning team. Any incorrect predictions will receive 0 points. The maximum point total for correctly predicting the winning team in every game played during the designated Men's College Basketball Tournament is 137 points. At the completion of the designated tournament, each eligible contestant bracket prediction received will be compared to the actual bracket outcome. Points are distributed per each round as follows:

Round 1:	1 point for each correct win	(32 total)
Round 2:	2 points for each correct win	(32 total)
Round 3:	3 points for each correct win	(24 total)
Round 4:	5 points for each correct win	(20 total)
Round 5:	8 points for each correct win	(16 total)
Round 6:	13 points for each correct win	(13 total)

How do I register my bracket to win 100K?

Registration is the first step on 100KHoopla.com. Once you have filled out all of the pertinent info, agreed to the Terms of Service, and submitted your information, you will have completed the first phase of registration. You will then receive a confirmation email with information on how to activate your registration. You must activate your registration and fill out a completed bracket in order to be in the running for the prizes. For complete rules, visit: www.100KHoopla.com/media/rules.pdf

How often are brackets updated?

Brackets are updated minutes after the completion of each game.

Can I change my bracket selections?

You can make as many changes as you want to your bracket, up until 11:30am EST on March 18, 2010. No changes or new bracket selections will be accepted after that time.

Can I print out my bracket?

Select the "Print Bracket" tab on the main application page. From there, follow your regular printing protocol.

How do I check my score throughout the tournament?

Visit 100KHoopla.com and login with your username and password. Once you are logged in, you are able to view your bracket and your score.

How do I play on Facebook?

Select the "Facebook Connect" button on 100KHoopla.com. You will also have a chance to do this immediately after you register. Once you login to Facebook, the application will then recognize you and your bracket, if it has been filled out. From Facebook, you can invite your friends to play and compare your brackets, scores, and rank with your friends.
